I’ve been pretty obsessed for the last year with Spiceology and their interesting rubs! Got a new one last week!
Halved some taters and did them indirect on the Gold B…
Pulled this baby at 140 and let rest for about 10 minutes.
I was pretty into this meal!
It sliced like butter and was great with the taters and steamed broccoli
!
