Last week Sunday, I tried making Weber's Recipe Of The Week Beer Marinated Barbecued Chicken

basted every ten minutes or so...

this turned out pretty tasty:)

then, two days later, using a Jamaican Jerk Rub my buddy in Arnold sent me, I seasoned 2 hens

then hung 'em on the 22"OTG

I used the rotisserie ring to use the kettle's cover instead of the WSM dome.

these hens were done in just under an hour

and dinner was Delicious!! The Jerk seasoning is Perfect! Very low in sodium, very good, Thank you Bob!

Jim, your chicken done with the Weber recipe looks awesome! Then your whole birds are out of sight, great job as always!
 
Jim, Great looking chickens, I also printed up the beer marinated chicken and it's on next weeks to do list. After seeing how nice yours came out really looking forward to it.

You always think outside of the box or in this case the kettle/bullet. Using the different toys you have and combining them together to achieve these results, awesome Jim. Thanks for sharing.
 
Why did the chicken cross the road?
It wanted a closer look at the P1GVILION..................bad idea!
