Flappers and Pork Shoulder

Few Sundays ago fixed up some wings before the Bears game and started a shoulder for dinner.

Mustard and BBQ 3001 was the seasoning. Apple for smoke.



My little man in total Awe over Cutlers decisions!



Wings got Lemon pepper and Kick-N-Chicken on to the Performer

Then they all got Head Country




So disgusted over the game I took no pulled or plated pictures!
