Fish On! with Baked Cheese

seasoned a few fillets of Tipalia with Penzey's OLD WORLD and a few with Penzey's FLORIDA PEPPER

don't really know why this photo is on angle...
bought this baked cheese a while ago, found it in the back of the fridge.

i'll give it a shot.

a few minutes later, it was all removed and gus came around for his turn

I cut the cheese then sampled it.

Excellent! I'll get some more...

and the Tipalia was served quietly

Great looking meal!! I have no idea what baked cheese is. Is it really just baked cheese, do you put it on a cracker or something? Am I overthinking this?
