A couple of people have been posting fatties lately so my wife and I decided to give it a shot.


Used some Jimmy Dean Sausage.


Season it up with some TexJoy bbq seasoning


Filled it with a mixture of cream cheese, sharp chedder, and roasted green chilis


Rolled that bad boy up.


Fired up the smoker.




After the cook. Pulled it off at an internal temp of 165


This was so good it should be illegal!
