First Ever Breakfast Post

To the best of my knowledge, I don't remember ever having posted any breakfast-related threads...mainly due to the fact that I almost never actually cook breakfast, but let's not allow the facts to get in the way of sharing some photos .


I was at the local farmers market yesterday and picked up these goat meat breakfast sausage links.




Sausages were roasted with indirect heat from lump charcoal.




A few action shots of the links...




Here's the plated photo. The eggs were also from the farmers market, laid by the hens yesterday. The sausages were on the lean side but very nicely seasoned.
