Been a while since I posted so I'm trying something new. Have never done pulled beef. So I got a five pound chuck shoulder. Here it goes.

And rubbed.

With this.

Half Stubbs, half KBB. Mesquite and hickory chunks.

Minion starter.

And smoke is a risin!

More to come soon...

I've been getting into more web accessible devices lately - I can imagine what your phone pulls up :wsm:

at first I thought you were building a propane manifold.....took a minute to see what you were doing.

Sorry for the update delay. New iPhone 6 just got replaced with a new iPhone 6! Modern technology. Lmao. Still working out the bugs. Having video problems. Will post that later. Here we go...

A couple hours in.

After coming home from th Apple store. meat temp.

Pit temp.

With a couple hours to go, I wrapped and "nailed" some spuds.

Here's the finished roast. Wrapped at 165F. Pulled from the smoker at 199F. Rested for three hours or so.

And pulled for your pleasure!

When I can get the video fingered out, I'll post those too. I've done quite a bit of tinkering since I've owned webers. These last two mods are the best I've ever done! 12 or so hour cook and the lid was never lifted once! I also never lost more than 25 degrees playin around with the doors open. Almost forgot, the beef came out awesome too! Much leaner cut of meat than I thought, but still came out super moist and shredded like "Butta". Thanks for looking
