I found this SJS on CL for $8, It had never been used but had a couple of dings in the lip of the lid. Looks like the guy used it to defend himself or something. Anyway, cleaned it up, fixed the dings and touched up the paint. I also replaced all 4 screws, wing nuts and washers with stainless hardware.
New to me SJS.

Pretty clean.

The marinade, the spice in the front is garam masala and the green stuff is fresh lemongrass from our garden.

Marinaded the pork for 2 nights.

Time to get a mini chimney.

On the SJS.

Putting it together. I made some pickled daikon, onions and carrots and added jalepenos, cilantro and srirachi mayo to complete it.

Plated.

This was a very tasty sandwich and I have enough fixings for a few more. The best thing was that all this came together for $15, and that included the grill.
