Got this SS Weber/Ducane three burner gasser a few days ago from a guy who said it was broken because when you opened the valve on the tank you could smell gas and it wouldn’t light. He had it sitting in front of his house with a “free” sign on it.
Well what the heck I dragged it home and put a bottle on it and yep just what he said.
Put a new regulator on it and bingo, fired right up. The thing is like new, came with a never used rotisserie, also the side burner was never used, even has an infrared burner for the roto plus it has a real nice cover too.
Here's a link that explains the Weber/Ducane relationship.

Did a little clean up on it and decided to see how it cooks.
Threw on a couple of pork chops with Weber’s roasted garlic and herb seasoning and #5 BBQ sauce and Barb made Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar and cranberries in the CI.
Both Barb and I were pleasantly surprised how well it cooked, we were able to do both dishes at the same time.
It gets hot real fast over 500 in about 10 minutes.
Going to take a while to get use to the north/south burners my other two gassers are east/west. My first impression is I like north/south configuration.
Yeah I know it’s just a gasser but it does cook well and come on its half Weber, so I had to save it.
I think it’s a keeper.
Thanks for stopping by.
