First butt in 3 years!

Didn't have a smoker for just over two years, so the last time I did a pork butt was May 2013.

This one is 5 hours in, and already at 160. May or may not foil, depends on the temp when I check it in another couple hours. Looking to eat around 7.

Definitely not. That and probably one more are just test runs for this beast I picked up a few months ago
