G GaryR New member May 5, 2016 #1 Didn't have a smoker for just over two years, so the last time I did a pork butt was May 2013. This one is 5 hours in, and already at 160. May or may not foil, depends on the temp when I check it in another couple hours. Looking to eat around 7.
