Had an awesome time. Really liked meeting people and seeing the dye process. It works!
Some very knowledgeable and savvy people.
Weber should hire us as consultants, and many ambassadors!

Glad you were able to make it! Unfortunately, I had to leave early, but still had an awesome time as well!
 
Oh yes James, I think I got the last rib too.

I think either or both thermometers can be calibrated....but, really, 1.5 degrees is not a big deal either way.
 
Can’t wait to see the professional pictures from Mike Lang!
I really enjoyed meeting him, and glad that he joined us!
 
James, as everyone mentioned, thank you very much for the sausage and ribs that you smoked for us, both were really good.
 
Also wanted to acknowledge Mark and his buddy who drove all the way down from Saint Cloud Minnesota! The three of us didn’t make any pics so far, but it was great meeting you guys too!
 
Dang, looks like I missed a good time. I had every intention of being there but wound up having to do some family stuff instead.

Are the organizers already kicking around possible dates and locations for next year? ;)
