I know I am thousands of kilometres away and will never get to one of these meets but it is nice to see the Great people from this forum getting together and enjoying themselves. Thanks to the organizers and those for posting.

FYI if you’re curious, the ThermoPro read 1.5 degrees higher.

Oh yes James, I think I got the last rib too.

I think either or both thermometers can be calibrated....but, really, 1.5 degrees is not a big deal either way.
