Double Smoked Ham

Smoked a 12 lb. fully cooked ham using hickory, dome temp 250*F. Smoked till a internal temp of 142*F, about 4 1/2 hours. No plated pictures, or sliced up, as I was expecting it to take longer. Wife had to run to the store and get sweet potatoes, etc.

Your ham really looks great. How about some follow up information? What kind of rub did you use? How did it taste? Sure wish you had pictures of it sliced!
 
Gotta agree with some of the fellas above - looks sooooo good, I'd love to see some sliced shots.
