Do ya have 5 minutes...

Loved them, Jim!!! Nicely done sir. That's freaking cold.
What's the clanging in the background...almost sounds like cowbells.

Looking good, Jim! Nice to see that kettle raises the temp of the Pigvillion by a couple degrees.

I always have five minutes for you, buddy!
I like the”bear growl” in the first one.
The importance of the proper beer opening technique when it’s that cold cannot be over emphasized either.
I’ve been in the same “Yikes” situation before more than once! Not having the “catch” platter is always frustrating.
Nice big sirloin! I haven’t done one of those in too long.

Always enjoy your videos Jim. After watching those videos I had to turn the thermostat up a notch. Way to cold for this old man.
Although that was a fine plate of chow you made out there. Miller in a bottle... been many moons since I had one of those.

Steak look great! Good thing you moved your beer closer to the pit before opening it, probably would’ve been completely frozen!

Thanks everyone 😀

It’s a harbor bell... hanging high in the trees quite a ways away... it’s sound travels well
Jim, what is the coldest you have grilled in outside?
Steaks look great!
Smoked a butt in -12°F...
grilled in -7°...
both many years ago
