I'm facing a tough dilemma . My dilemma is I currently have 3 webers on my front porch. My 18.5 wsm , the genesis I restored and my jumbo joe... I can pick up a brand new 14.5 wsm for 135 should I do it or not?!

Dilemma? That's not a dilemma - that's called being a member of this board. Get it!

We all know you already made your decision, you are just looking for us to blame later when the wife complains.... (smile....)

I'm not even sure why you are asking this question....of course you should. If you have an other half that gives you a hard time about it just show her the photos everyone has posted of their grills. She'll realize four grills/smokers is peanuts.

If I read into your post correctly, it seems you are indicating that your porch is running out of room. The short answer to your dilemma is yes, of course you should get the 14.5. The longer answer is get the Weber now, then add onto your porch later- it's a win-win situation. You'll love your new 14.5, and your wife will love the new porch!

You could put the 14.5 on the back porch. Its too cute for the front porch, where somebody goin by might decide
its the perfect size to take home.

You should. The 14.5 is a great cooker & for that price you'll be loving it.
Honestly, you need them all.

Depends on your situation. If money is a concern, then you should probably not. There is nothing you can cook on a 14.5 that you can't cook on a 18.5. If you really never use the 18.5 for larger cooks and believe you can get by with only using the 14.5 (which I believe I could do), then buy the 14.5 and sell the 18.5. If it's in good shape, you should be able to get more for the 18.5 than $135. But even if you can only get $100 for your 18.5, you'll have a new 14.5 for $35, have what you need for your size cooks, maybe save a little money on fuel and have a little more room on your porch.

If $135 is fun money for you then go ahead, but I feel like it wouldn't be a "tough dilemma" for you if money wasn't at least some concern.
