Day after Thanksgiving

Shortly before this past Thanksgiving I'd found a boneless rib roast for $4.99/lb, so I decided that while we'd still eat leftovers for 3 or 4 days straight it'd be nice to break things up a bit.

A few days later the leftover beef and some provolone cheese got turned into some nice sandwiches.

Might have to do this again this year!

Two nice meals there Brad. Barb and I did same thing with a four bone roast. Still have some of it left.
 
Top notch rib roast cook Brad!
Only thing that could've made those sandwiches better is provel instead of provolone. :p
