Shortly before this past Thanksgiving I'd found a boneless rib roast for $4.99/lb, so I decided that while we'd still eat leftovers for 3 or 4 days straight it'd be nice to break things up a bit.
A few days later the leftover beef and some provolone cheese got turned into some nice sandwiches.
Might have to do this again this year!
