CSRs a New Way

Tried a little different method for my CSRs this time.
Used my home made rib rub that I usually use on Saint Louis cut or Baby Backs.
I then smoked them with cheery wood at 225 for 2 1/2 hours then in to a pan with two cups of apple juice, one cup of BBQ sauce and a table spoon of Arizona dreaming.
Covered the pan and put it on the gasser on indirect at 300 for about two hours until fork tender.
This were for the next day so I let them sit overnight in the fridge then reheated them in the indoor Weber.
Made some of Cliff’s root beer beans as a side in the other crock pot.
Sorry no plated pictures they were totally blurry for some unknown reason.
The ribs were really good as were the beans.

Have a great weekend.

Mouth watering cook right there. Extras to 92025?
You've inspired me. I should try some CSRs again - haven't done them for at least 10 years.

Looks great! They are always asking for BBQ at my work, so a good crockpot transition makes it easy. Will have to try this one out!

Deeelicious looking!

Thanks for the step by step - gonna have to try some CSRs when I get back from my road trip.
