Cracker Jack Meatloaf

Bob Correll

R.I.P. 3/31/2022
I named it that for the prize inside, a skinned section of Kiolbassa roasted garlic smoked sausage.
Besides the sausage, the unmeasured ingredients are:
85/15 ground chuck, an egg, brown sugar, worsty sauce, honey sriracha bbq sauce, garlic dill pickle, onion, crushed Townhouse crackers, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders.

On the grill with apple wood for smoke.

I forgot to poke some holes in the parchment paper.

40 minutes later running 350 it was done.

This is a mini meatloaf, just for me, and intended for a few lunches, but this morning a slice was fried up for an egg 'n cheese McBob.

Looks wonderful Bob. Barb the meatloaf queen will be on fire when she sees this...wait, she's looking at it now, yep on fire:rolleyes:

WOW!! Bob that is awesome, I like it a lot. Yes my brain is running real hot on this one and yes I did book mark it. I'm thinking real hard on this one. I'd eat yours for breakfast any time my friend.

I keep telling myself to do some meatloaf. You and Kemper have raised the bar high. Great Meatloaf Bob!

What do you want when you gotta eat somethin', and it's gotta be sweet, and it's gotta be a lot, and you gotta have it NOW..
What do you want?
Lip-smackin', Whip-crackin', Paddywhackin', Knickaknackin', Silabawhackin', Scalawhackin', Crackerjackin, Cracker Jack!

What do you get when you open the top, and you look inside and smack your lips, and turn it over and spill it out?
What do you get?

Lip-smackin', Whip-crackin', Paddywhackin', Olagazackin', Infolackin', Alliganackin', Crackerjackin', Cracker Jack!

Candy-coated popcorn, peanuts and a prize... That's what you get when Bob Correll cooks!!

The meatloaf looks excellent, and I think that you may have your most creative McBob as well. Looks great!

When I saw the title - I thought that maybe Bob had gone-off the deep end and subbed Cracker Jack for the bread crumbs.
(Who knows? Maybe it would be good )

I'm beginning to think it's time to renew my Costco membership - all that Kiolbassa and Brisket action around here is making me gain pounds through my eyes.

Great looking meatloaf!

I do mine straight on the grill, no paper, no foil. Never had a problem with them falling through the grate. Give it a shot sometime, it works.
