Cowboy Movies Needed

If the genre is expanded then -

Modern "western justice" series (love the New Mexico settings substituting for Wyoming)
Longmire (y)

Crossfire Trail - made for TV movie
Tom Selleck sits well in the sadddle

El Dorado
John Wayne's horsemanship on display - and some moving dialogue, imo.

Stepping back from "Cowboy / Western" and giving a drama movie consideration (Frontiersmen) The Last of the Mohicans was an awesome movie (imho)

Kevin Costner's Dances with Wolves is worthy, and his Wyatt Earp wasn't bad either. The Highwaymen was another good one for him and Woody Harrelson and speaking of Woody, The Cowboy Way is a must see.

And let us tip our hat to the Billy Jack movies

Yes sir Billy Jack……I’m gonna kick you right there 😆!!

Can anyone tell me of some cowboy movies minus the cursing, sex and nudity?? Violence, killing and drinking are ok😆! Seems there are none that meet this requirement made after 1957. What a tragedy at least to me. I’m open to hearing what others have to say and offer for watching. Popcorn’s just no good anymore.
Rio Bravo, 1959. John Wayne may have gotten top billing but Dean Martin was the real star. The scene where the blood drips into the beer is one of my all-time favorites.

Let’s put it this way, my wife has four (4) copies of Casablanca!

I actually stepped on one and lost the other somewhere, that’s Rio Bravo that is. The multiple “Casablanca” seems to have just happened!
