Cornell Chicken....Can't go wrong

It's another Saturday Night and here is the beverage of choice

Chicken soaked over night, waiting for the grill to heat up

Basted and turned every 8 minutes....I didn't want to do 5 minutes or 10 minutes

Good thing I had that foil down, or my grill would have been a mess.

Went direct four at a time in order of size....smaller to bigger.

Served with a roasted vegetable salad which are kale, carrots, onions, tomatoes and top with herbed goat cheese....this is my favorite side dish

All of the flavor profiles were very delicious! The beer, the salad and the chicken. You can never go wrong with Cornell Chicken, I wish I could have had everyone over for a great dinner.

Jimmy, I wooda ate half of all that bird you grilled!

I haven't had Cornell chicken in a long time. Yours looks so good I'm thinking I better put it back in the rotation.

Jame,s the chicken looks perfect - I like the large format beers! I'm going to try that Cornell chicken - never done it. Your salad looks good too - I never thought that was possible with kale, but you guys pulled it off! :)
