Yesterday for our NFL Sunday dinner did up some baby backs on the rotten green egg. It sure does good for the cold weather that we have had lately.It's my version of what you call a wind break. Started out with Memphis Dixie dust, S&P on the ribs.
On into the green with some beer for added flavoring
And smoking away
this was the temp when we started the ribs. This morning it was a whopping minus 9.
After two hours put some Tennessee red sauce on the ribs. And a sweet potato
The clouds finally cleared up and could see the LaPlata's for the first time in several days
Time to take the ribs off
And here is your plate, Deb made up beans.
