Man, there have been some really great cooks posted lately from new and old alike. I am almost embarrassed to post this simple little CI Pizza cook. After a long day (and week) it hit the spot along with a salad and a cold Aletoberfest. ...but now... a four day weekend begins. Cheers!

My thoughts too. You could try elevating the pan closer to the dome lid. That oughta work. Bottom of crust looks perfect though.
