Chuck eyes on a Friday night

Last night we did up some chuck eyes out on the Performer. Along with browns & Brussels. First the sides
Started the browns with the last of the bacon that we did a while back along with some onions
Browns & Brussels are on the grill with green chili that the wife did last fall
Steaks are on the grill
And here is your plate
Steaks had guud flavor, Buffalo dust is the best,

Looks really good. I wish I like brussel sprouts. They are so bitter to me. I always wonder if it is me or that is how they taste to everyone and I a wimp. My wife loves brussel sprouts.

I wouldn't mind a nice steak right now. Looks so yummy.

Dam that looks good, i like the hash brown idea with bacon, onions, and green peppers on the CI.

Don't know what a chuck eye actually is, since i have never seen one, can someone explain. (maybe named something else where i live).

While were at it i also have never heard of Buffalo dust also, care to share a pic and flavor?
 
Brett, we never really liked brussel sprouts either, but tried them and they are not so bad.

Very fine looking cook Russ with the cast iron and chuck-eyes... also great to hear your liking the Tatonka Dust seasoning!
 
One good looking steak dinner. I need to order some more Tatonka Dust but I'm on a self imposed no more buying anymore seasonings because you have to many ban but I might have to break it pretty soon.
