Chicken Wings

Made some of the best chicken wings I ever had! Did a Cornell marinade over night. Smoked with some Cherry wood chips (the foil pack in the center) and used some Dinosaur BBQ Honey and Roasted Garlic sauce. Brought them to a b-day party.

Smoked them for about 1.5 hours. Flipping after 30-45 minutes (tip-to-tip so the other side became closer to the heat). and for the last few minutes I coated with sauce (Addie photo-bombed the pic) and let is set. I heated the rest of the sauce in a pan and poured over the wings to make them extra messy!

The wings look fantastic. I need to try that setup sometime. A buddy of mine has started cooking kettle fried chicken thighs, and even burgers like that. He says it cooks very evenly because of the heat radiated back from the outside of the kettle.
 
Those have got me SO hungry just by looking at the pictures!! Now I'm gonna make wings real soon!!
