It surprised me too.
I was planning on making a popeye pizza (spinach etc), then I thought Spinach & Feta, then I thought get a roasted chicken (I'm gonna do a bbq chicken pizza before long), & then, well..... this happened.
Wings like normal.... over cooked but still juicy like normal (203F)
I sauced with some Franks Red-Hot Hot Wing that I simmered with a little onion, garlic, pepper, & corn starch. I ran out of the sauce so I had to use some straight out of the bottle for the pizza sauce. I used half plain Franks & half homemade ranch. This is 3 pulled chicken wings
added 4 oz Cache Valley mozzarella
3 minutes later: (I put it on foil since I've been having such a hard time transferring from the peel to the stone)
