Chicken Thighs, Red Beans and Rice

First off the cover over my outdoor kitchen is officially complete


A pot of red beans with a couple of ham hocks and Andouille sausage cooked on the grill for about 3 hours in my Lodge cast iron dutch oven.


Chicken thighs dredged in some Andy's Hot and Spicy Chicken breading and some Grand biscuits


My plate. Chicken, a biscuit and red beans over rice and garnished with a little green onions and Crystal hat sauce. Some some really good stuff!

Your cooks are always superb John but you out did yourself with those beans, that's how my Mom always made em, with the hocks. Perfect meal
