Temperature 55 after a high of 60.
The weather made me yearn to see the other Cardinals in action, the ones with the birds on their bats.

Don't get jealous of the temp, it fell to 7 that night.

Boneless, skinless thighs marinated in Italian dressing, then rolled in a mix of panko and parm cheese.

Kicked back with a pour of my favorite bourbon.

My view to the east, showing that a beautiful sunset was taking place to the west.

Indirect to cook, direct to brown up.

Sides of pasta, and asparagus.

Never forget to drizzle it with a mix of melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.

I normally make this using the breast, but it's great with thigh meat too.

Stay warm, and stay happy my friends!

Nice Bob...your pictures always amaze me and you solved my dinner mystery for the evening!!great looking chicken, bourbon looks tasty (ya stay away from the KC maple...might be good over ice cream though)

Everything looks super!!

I'm trying this next week. Hopefully it comes out as great as your.
Thanks for sharing Bob.

Excellent idea and cook, I need to try that. Great pictures also Bob, as much bird as you cook on the grill I'm surprised that any bird comes around your property.

Bob Great looking meal and the drizzle has to really make it because panko can be so dry. I never thought to do that with panko before. Love the other shots too!

bob. outstanding post. dang. you've got the view, you've got the porch, you obviously have the talent because the chicken and cook turned out gorgeous. well done chief, gotta hand it to the pro.

don't lift the lid.

Bob, Fantastic cook. You always brighten up the site with something different. Love to see the birds that you have there too.
