Don't really know what to call this dish. Kim and I just sort of thought it up. But whatever, we liked it a lot

Browned the chicken in a cast iron Dutch oven

Set the chicken aside and then sauted some red onions and later a bunch of garlic.

Added white wine, mushrooms, parsley, fresh oregano and later added some pasta.

Then added some Alfredo sauce and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Sorry, I didn't get a pic of this stage.

Plated dinner.

The dinner turned out great. The kids loved it and I was happy with the results. Thanks for looking!

Nicely done Robert, interesting to brown the chicken in the DO and not directly on the grill. Everything looks great, Kim's as pretty as ever. Now you better jump on that trampoline for a few to work off that pasta dinner :)

Excellent looking cook!!!

Some of my favorite meals have been just putting some stuff in a pot and see what happens. Problem is I forget what I threw in there and how much and can never recreate it.

Yes, thank you folks! That was my chicken stroganoff recipe. That's exactly what that was! John Solak, that's the story of my life. Always making creations and never writing it down and never able to remember exactly how I did it. Thanks for the nice comments everyone!

Wingin it, off the cuff, guestamating, Whatever it is some times that ends up being one of the best cooks ever! Yours looks really great, nice job!
