Chicken fajitas with a side of earthquake

Friday night dinner started with some refreshments.



Later in the night we decided to start cooking. Chicken thighs seasoned with webers kickin chicken.



Took the sear grate out and put in the wok and worked on jalapeño first



Then onions and bell pepper mix got in the wok.



I added the chicken and then it looked like this.



Here they are stuffed in a pita bread.



Then decided to add some habanero red hot sauce



Then the earthquake hits. A small one 5.3 that rumbled the house hard then shook it hard. At first I assumed it was me after a " few" adult beverages but when I heard the dishes and other items in the house rattle it knew it was an earthquake.

Those pitas are looking great Tony! You guys have been getting a whole lot of shakin goin on in Cali. Talked to my daughter in Huntington Beach and she said it hit there as a hard jolt more then a rolling quake. Don't miss those at all!
