Lost track of time drinking the Denogginizer and left the chicken on maybe 10min to long. Still good though. Made a little cheese sauce for the cauliflower.

That looks great Nate! One question. I have a vortex and have not cooked the chicken like you did yet. Can you give me a ballpark on the time and temp?

This was the first time for me using it this way. Works great this way with a beer can chicken. This was one full Weber chimney around the perimeter. Temp was running at 425-450 degrees on the inaccurate performer thermometer. I cooked this for an hour and 10 min. I was going to take it off at the one hour mark but missed that.
 
Denogginizer, I always think of a certain Seinfeld episode when I hear that term! Food looks fantastic Nate!
 
Nice looking chicken and cauliflower Nate, we all know a few beers can change a cook in a short amount of time, but i think you pulled it off.
