Chick-A-Bobs and Pulled Pork Burger

Sunday's dinner was chicken kabobs, really just skewered chicken breast chunks.
Marinated in Wicker's, with a little added Italian dressing, lemon juice, and bbq sauce.
Given lots of attention over a 3-zone fire.

Buttons and bird basted with a 50/50 mix of o-oil and butter with minced garlic.

On Memorial Day, our oldest grandson came over to help our son trim the hedge.

I made lunch.
Packet of pulled pork, sauced with Rufus Teague, and spuds started.

Jo Anne fixed fresh strawberries for the angel food cake that I baked, and we desserted.

It was a great Memorial Day, and we are very thankful for our freedoms, well protected by our brave soldiers, both past and present.

Fantastic cook and photos Bob! Everything looks super delicious, but my
eyes are on that strawberry shortcake as it looks like melt in your mouth perfect!
