Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Started off with some tater tots and sweet peppers. Wasn't paying attention and the sweet pepper got a little dark. They still ate good though.


Had a sirloin roast in the freezer, thawed it out somewhat, sliced it as thin as I could and marinated it in some Worcestershire sauce the in a CI pan it goes.


Sauteed some onion and mixed it with the beef. Cut a slit in a couple of bolillos and stuffed as much meat an onion as I could get in.


Topped with provolone cheese


Plated, It lasted about 5 minutes.
 
Mr. Solak...I can't close "my" (I have my own) kitchen drawer and you sir are responsible for much of that. I print cooks I want to do and put them in the drawer. The drawer is overflowing... Will you lighten up a bit, give me about 10 years to catch up :)
