Thinly sliced up a couple of sirloin steaks and marinated in some Worcestershire sauce for a couple of hours

First cooked up a chub of breakfast sausage because we had it and some white sweet corn.

Cooked the sliced sirloin in a CI skillet

sauteed some onions and peppers in my wok

Hollowed up some bread and added provolone cheese

Added the peppers and steak until the cheese melted.

Plated with an ear of corn and Cream of Potato soup

Good looking Philly. Nice to see reasonably priced and tasty corn back in the grocery store. I love grilling corn.

Me too, I got these at a Produce Market 5 for $1. I bought 10 and boiled some for lunch and grilled the rest tonight. I think there are only 2 ears left.

Everyone speaks about your cheese steak... Ok it looks soo good.... But i'm still looking your sausage. For me is much better!

John you sure your not from Philly or Jersey City? Great meal done to perfection, I knew you were golden once you went wokin

You nailed that one. Philly steak sandwich is fantastic, and it is high on my todo list after looking through your post

Your posts are great lessons cooking on the grill for me. Thank you John. Everything looks fantastic mate, as always.
