Cheese Steak Sandwiches

[John Solak]

Giving some minced onions about a minute head start


Then some thinly slice steak that was marinating in some Worcestershire sauce for about an hour.


then placed in a toasted roll


And topped with some cheese. My Wife's had Colby Jack and min Deli sliced American cheese.


Served with some Tabouli salad I picked up at the deli counter too and ummmm popcorn. I love the stuff, I usually have popcorn as an evening snack but felt like having some with my sandwich.

Looks great!! I was wondering if you were from Philly when I first saw the thread. If you want to try this with chicken I found I can slice chicken breast very thin if they are semi-frozen, works well.
