Hey folks,
I've missed you all terribly, almost as much as I've missed cooking on my favourite grill. Life has been busy, and I haven't been cooking much out of doors because we've got lots of snow and it's been -30C for way too long around here. I'm also in the middle of a complete rebuild of a 135G fish tank that's in my dining room and it's been sucking up allot of my time.
Anywho, here's two quick cooks I've done lately.
Cook 1:
Had to do a resupply run for fuel:
So I could cook up some souvlaki pork chops and asparagus:
Finished Plate, and she was a real beaut going down:
Cook 2:
We has a little snow buildup:
But that ain't stoppin these ribs:
I hate to toot my own horn, but these might have been the best I've ever made:
Well that's it, hope you guys are all staying warm and I should be posting allot more cooks in the spring
