Caught Wild Grilled Maryland Striped Bass

I simply asked for the filet from the fishmonger...
...then marinated it in EVOO, fresh ground pepper, lemon juice and garlic...
...once on the Weber, lightly seasoned with Penzey's Northwoods.

served with One-Pot Lemon Kale Pasta

The Bass was Terrific! The Pasta (our new favourite) was Outstanding! And Our Friday was Good!
