...once on the Weber, lightly seasoned with Penzey's Northwoods.

The Bass was Terrific! The Pasta (our new favourite) was Outstanding! And Our Friday was Good!

Great looking plate Jim! Been a long time since I've had fresh Bass, use to catch white sea bass in Cali years ago, good stuff.
Happy Easter Jim....that bass looks Perfect!! Penzy's Northwoods is quickly becoming my go to seasoning!! I just did some chicken in it earlier today!!
