The secret to killer Carne Asada lies within Tony's rub. Do a search for it, but in short it's:

Chef Merito Meat Seasoning
Juice of 3 limes and 3 oranges
Chopped ¼ onion and ¼ bunch of Cilantro
2 tbl cumin
1 tlb garlic powder
1 tbl oregano
½ corona
½ cup water
¼ cup of oil

It was a wonderful day here, rumor has it a rain storm is due to arrive around midnight. All kalifornians say.....AMEN

Hope everyone had a great Halloween and weekend. It's the last two months of the year, go with throttle up

Looks good Chuck, I've done it a few times and it truly is great. Did you use the same marinade for the chicken?

Beautiful tacos Chuck! I love the big chunks of wood you used. I can only imagine the flavor it gives the meat! The marinade looks awesome as well. I'm glad you're getting some much needed rain. As for the 1000 crunches, that would kill me!

I didn't use the same marinade for the chicken. It was a spicy "envelope add oil" marinade, I forget which one

Ain't gonna happen. They, LA, will resign Greinke and Kershaw is under contract through 2018. The Dodgers would rather take up tennis than send him to SF in a trade. I'd be happy signing Leake and possible making a serious run at Price or even Cueto.

Very nice veggie shot. Had to make this banter legit
