Carne Asada for dinner

Been a while since I fired up one of the grills due the the crappy weather plus working out of town and getting the house ready to put to on the market. Finally some beautiful weather so carne Asada it is. Plated pic looks kind of sloppy but was delicious.

How are you storing your faux MoJoe? I've let mine go for about the last year.....I need to get her cleaned up. I just ordered Cam's bag, stainless drywall knife and two stainless handles....oh, and the strap on, too. We plan on doing several camping trips this summer, so I need to get it back in shape!
