Just picked up a whole standing rib roast at Costco this afternoon, it'll get carved up into 2 and 3 bone roasts, frozen, and smoked down the road.

WOW, that is one big piece of meat. We had them on sale at our Safeway store for $3.97 per pound. That was for one week before Christmas while they lasted. Man I saw a lot going out and moving them was lots of fun. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of the cook.
