Burgers on the Performer

Grilled some burgers on the Weber tonight. Used my new Thermapen MK4 to ensure they were cooked to perfection.

Grate looking burgers Joe.

That's what we call a "Banjo Burger". Take a bite of it, & you get runny egg all down your shirt. You then hold the burger away from you as you try and brush off the runny egg with the other hand. (It looks like you're playing an imaginary banjo).
