Burgers,Fish,Tacos

Hello my bbq and grilling friends.... Here's our weekend report.

Friday we grilled some burgers and fried some tator tots on the weber 26



Saturday we made tacos. Started with the chicken first
And the jumbo joe for the salsa



After that we added beef,chorizo,alpastor





Let's eat!



Sunday's eats

We got the cast iron disc for this cook





Fried tilapia was next




Then we got the red onions in a lime and habanero mix. Let them be happy for at least 1 hour

Always a treat when Tony breaks out his comal - but I gotta tell you, that fried Tilapia... That's a must do. Besides getting Pepe's Tacos when in Cabo, I always gotta get some fried fish (yet to have a favorite place for it)
