Buffalo Hot Wang Chicken Bites

Sliced some skinless boneless chicken breasts and coated them with some flour with some Mad Hunky Hot Wang Rub mixed in. Then they went into a bath of cayenne pepper sauce, and coated with a mixture of panko, flour and more Hot Wang rub


Then fried them and then moved them indirect to drain a bit


and dunked them in to some more cayenne pepper sauce and butter




Served with some blue box mac and cheese, carrots, celery and blue cheese dressing.
 
Looks delicious John. I use MH quite a bit. I also have a bag of Hot *** Wang, but haven't tried it yet. Really like the whole cook!
