Buffalo Burgers and other Tasty Things

About a half mile from my house is Readington Farm where they raise about two hundred head of free range Buffs. I stopped today and picked up some of their Burgers.
Here are some on one of their pastures.

Picked the last of our Squash Flowers today and created my own version of cooking them. Washed and air dried, green outer fronds snipped off, opened and pestal insides removed and stuffed with some slices of Gouda Cheese, slices of Fig, and some Savory Spice.

Cooking in the rain on the Genny, Flowers dipped in egg wash and then dipped in flour seasoned with Black Pepper and Savory then into some EVOO

The CEO made some fantastic Kale and White Bean Soup with Yucca Bacon Shrooms and a bunch of seasonings.

Your plate, it was a good meal the Burger was fantastic

Great looking B Burgers, Bill. I'll tell you, that hearty looking soup caught my eye too. Love to have a bowl of that. Very unique side with the zucchini blossoms. I had them once or twice, a few years back, however yours are much more elaborate (and delicious I'm sure) with the figs and gouda cheese. Very well done!
 
Awesome looking burger!!! Soup looks nice and hearty too!! Wish I could make some but we are in a heat wave right now so NO SOUP FOR ME!!

Bill your burgers look delicious. Have you tried their buffalo steaks yet? I like buffalo, and still wish that I could find some beefalo too.
Looks like your learning the ways of the D700 quickly.
 
Buffalo burgers look real guud Bill. Have had them one time.
Seems like just yesterday that you and the CEO were getting your garden started.
 
Great looking burger my friend, I have never heard of eating zucchini blossoms, but you made it look delicious.
