Oh, man, Bruno! I eat so little lamb these days since nobody else here likes it. I need to take advantage of the Easter lamb inventory to grab some for a solo dinner! Looks so good, my man!
I love lamb. When I was a kid my grandfather was a vet and worked for a university doing studies on the spread of liver flukes in sheep. And of course they had to butcher the sheep to look at the liver so we had fresh leg of lamb at least twice a month and my mom became a master of cooking it. So good. I just saw at songthe store yesterday I think it was New Zealand lamb and it was expensive. I can go for a drive out the country around here and see a hundreds of sheep. I don't understand why the cost is so high

I had a rolled, boneless leg of lamb for Sunday Roast yesterday. Lamb season is in full-swing here. Not cheap though.
