That brisket spoke volumes!! You were right to let it do the talking. I'll bet it tasted great!!
 
Gorgeous. I haven't done a brisket yet but am getting a few cooks under my belt and working up to it. Any advice for just doing a flat? There's just two of us.
 
Absolute masterpiece, Mildo. Good decision to let the photos speak for themselves, as words don't do justice to the pictures. It's easy to tell how moist and tender the slices are just by looking at the photos.
 
It's all too common to see great cooks by Mildo but this one is an all new level, congrats Mildo
