Your snake... how many two on top of three? What temp did this settle in at? and, among more questions I'll ask only one last one, what type of wood did you use?

Meat - Australian Wagyu Brisket
Yes, i smoked this on a OTG but you know it.
(I also took pictures of the cooking process, but later I realized that without a memory card ...:rolleyes:)
Snake - three on top, i used cherry wood
Temp 300 - 350 F, total time of cook about 9 hours
