the fall/winter 2015-16 season opens for many bowlers, our team's 1st night is the 10th of September...
last night, we attended the league meeting then took a few free games of practice...
after missing the majority of the season last year, it felt good to hit the lanes again.
(doubt i'll repeat that last line in February...)

SWMBO and I used to bowl before her stroke. Man, I remember how long that league season was. We had fun but got tired of it towards the end.

It was probably 20 years ago that I bowled. But I miss it and now have the time again. So at least I have to try again.

That Is OUTSTANDING David!! HolySmokes! a 700 series is, in my mind, tougher than a 300 game.
Consistency is KEY through three LONG games.

Pops loves his bowling... he was inducted into the regional hall of fame last year for more than 30 years of service to his league.

I last bowled in a league probably 20 years ago, but a few years back I did a little open bowling for fun and found that my hand and fingers didn't fit well anymore. The next day the back of my hand was sore and swollen so if I was to start bowling again I'd definitely need an equipment upgrade. I guess when it comes to bowling I just don't have the balls for it.
