Some have been posting plated meals with no action shots, I'm going the opposite route.
First up is boneless skinless thigh kabobs.

That's all for that cook, it was sided with corn and boiled reds.
It was tasty!

Last night I spooned out the gills from 3 portobello caps, cooked 3 slices of bacon, and mixed minced garlic and onion powder with tomato sauce.
Pics should tell the rest.

Jo Anne and I agreed, these are going into regular rotation.
Couldn't find any Italian seasoning in my spice drawer, that would have kicked the sauce up a notch.

Stay calm, stay warm, and stay in touch with the ones you love.
Sorry Sam, I still like Rod's song better than yours.

I am not much of a shrooms fan, but yours look very enticing Bob, chicken skewers look amazing too.

I might have to put that cook into rotation, looks quite tasty. Very unique Bob!!!

Rod Stewart.................? :)

The chicken looks great, but those shroom based pizzas really got me me salivating! Super cook and pics, Bob!

I like the way you used the grill openings as a buffer... Nice caps too... Rod? well lil mellow for me, but cooking, right on....

I too liked the way you used the grill openings. The chicken and shrooms looked fantastic.

I enjoy me some Rod Stewart, however, I gotta say his and Jeff Becks rendition of Howlin Wolf's "I Ain't Superstitious" is one of my favorites.

Going to the store this morning because I think after this thread there is going to be a shortage of portobello's! But all of it was awesome, great post!

Bob, that portobello pizza is definitily going to the head of the list. That is awesome for sure.
